About YogaXoga
Hello there! We’ve actually moved this blog to www.yogaxogablog.com. Join us there for more recent posts on yoga tips, mini-classes and more.
YogaXoga is about demystifying yoga and making it available and accessible to everyone. We don’t believe yoga’s many health benefits should be reserved for the highly flexible or highly enlightened. Yoga poses should be modified to fit us – our bodies -not the other way around. YogaXoga offers Demystified Yoga so that everyone can understand and enjoy yoga.
YogaXoga also offers Christian Yoga classes – where we interweave scripture throughout our classes, creating a quiet worshipful experience. You’ll see posts from time to time that explore yoga and Christianity.
My intention for this blog is to discuss practical yoga tips & techniques that we can take into our own day – on or off a yoga mat, as well as other topics that seem to find themselves extending from a yoga lifestyle: health, wellness, healthy eating/living….and wherever this blogging adventure takes us.

Heidi-So very sorry to miss your last class at CMS!. I wish you well in all future endeavors! I have thoroughly enjoyed your class and it was my intro to yoga. I will definitely pursue it.
Regards, Mary
