As we move into fall, we might look for more structure in our fitness and wellness activities. Maybe picking up a weekly class, getting up early for a walk or run, making an appt. with the gym – whatever you prefer. For those out there considering yoga as part of their new routine, I thought I’d post some of the many benefits of yoga, and resources where you can learn more.
